Lead Operations + Execution in a small, themed construction company

COST of Wisconsin is hiring a Vice President of Operations a rare opportunity for a proven, passionate leader who thrives in operations and day-to-day execution . You'll be a builder of systems and a leader of people, driving efficiency, innovation, and results.

We create world-class, themed environments zoos, museums, resorts, theme parks, and attractions and we need a VP who can mentor other leaders.

Youll lead and integrate operations across :

🔹 Design

🔹 Project management / Preconstruction / Estimating

🔹 Production Shops & Field Operations

This is a hands-on leadership role , reporting to the President, with a clear impact on quality, performance, and financial goals.

We Need :

• 10+ years leading cross-functional operations in construction
• Deep understanding of construction including estimating, contracts, project delivery, and field operations
• Proven, hands-on experience leading teams and developing individuals
• EOS experience highly preferred
• Bachelors in business, operations, manufacturing, or related field (advanced degree and / or quality certifications a plus)
• Experience in themed, non-residential, or specialty construction strongly preferred
