JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role :

IPSY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the oversight of industrial equipment maintenance activities on back half day shift (Wednesday through Saturday, 0700-1730 / 7am-5 : 30pm). This position will be responsible for addressing emergency maintenance issues throughout all workstreams of operations, with the goal of achieving scheduled daily production levels. This position will also be responsible for maintaining on-time completion of assigned PMs (preventive maintenance), along with general WO (work order) requests including repairs, modifications, and fabrication projects.

• Must be able to cover 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based onsite in our Belton, MO distribution center.

Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.

Salary Range : $28—$29 USD
