Lead HVAC Installer

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential HVAC system installation and will communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Responsibilities :

• Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop package units, and ductless split systems.
• Perform basic thermostat wiring, programming, and startup.
• Conduct copper welding and flare nut tasks.
• Flush copper lines, vacuum, and add refrigerant.
• Install and maintain ductwork, including flexible, sheet metal, and spiral types.
• Handle drain piping, gas piping, and flue vents, including sheet metal double wall and PVC.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Work Environment :

Work hours are typically from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with additional hours as needed. The position operates primarily within the LA Basin, including areas from SFV, SCV, to Alhambra, San Marino, and Beachfronts. The role requires a commute of up to 25 miles from Glendale. Lead installers will be provided with a company vehicle once proven reliable. Dress code includes PPE such as hard hats, boots, and goggles, with shirts and vests provided by the company.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, CA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $72800.00 / yr. Company van provided for work-related travel Overtime opportunities Supportive and safety-focused work environment Vacation hours 48 hours sick pay
