Your role at KIK

The

• Warehouse Lead
• is responsible for the coordination and oversight of daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, that the warehouse is organized and safe, and that staff members are supervised and trained.

What You’ll Be Doing

Directs warehouse employees in day-to-day operating tasks.

Responsible for warehouse staging and scheduling during shift

Responsible for off-site warehouse personnel including CDL driver

Directs CDL drivers of trailer placement for next day drop shipment trailers

Receives transshipment loads in a timely manner based on incoming appointment times

Assists in loading and unloading of trailers as needed

Required to participate and command the necessary skills to cycle count

Participates in monthly and annual inventory counts

Assists in making sure production lines and palletizer stay operational during duration of shift

Maintains track-able information for daily shuttles by CDL driver

What You’ll Bring

High school degree or GED equivalent

Ability to work in fast-paced and always changing environment

Ability to follow detailed instructions

Good communication skills [both verbal and written]

Ability to work safely

Must be able to work overtime / weekends when needed

Must be flexible to work different shifts

Must be able to wear steel toed shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection always while on the production floor

Must be able to tolerate non-climate-controlled working environment
