Ohio Licensed Case Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Case Management Specialist to facilitate medical recovery and return to work for injured employees.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate injured workers' needs

Build relationships with stakeholders including claims examiners, clients, and injured workers

Identify and address issues related to recovery delays and negotiate treatment plans

Required Qualifications

Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred

Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
