Serve as a member of the Washington Montana Providence Clinical Network finance team
Work with physicians and advanced practice practitioners on compensation related matters
Learn about a vast number of specialties and understand the sacred encounter between a clinician and patient
Analyze, understand, help develop and report on clinician compensation systems
Collect, research, and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financial trends and variances
Ensure clinicians compensation is reconciled and administrated according to their employment agreements
Apply advanced knowledge and skills
Perform difficult, complex, and mentally challenging tasks
Provides guidance, assistance, and training to fellow finance team members and operational leadership
Use critical thinking skills daily
Have knowledge of accrual-based accounting, payroll logistics, and clinician compensation models
