Exciting Traffic Engineer role with AECOM's New York Metro Traffic Engineering team is now available!

The Traffic Engineer will perform and conduct Traffic Planning studies of major infrastructure including highways, streets and transitways. Traffic analysis tasks include :

• Conducts medium to large scale traffic impact studies
• Performs data collection, data analysis / cleaning
• Develops balanced flow diagrams for vehicles, pedestrians and non-motorized transport
• Performs traffic analysis using industry software (HCS / Synchro / Vissim)
• Prepares reports of results that supports the development of infrastructure / design improvements
