Position Overview

A UHNW private family in Sands Point is seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and hands-on Live-Out Nanny to provide weekend and after-school care for their three children (ages 4, 3, and 1). The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, maintain structure and organization, and engage the children in fun, age-appropriate activities. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly within a fully staffed household.

The family is seeking a recent college graduate with 2–3 years of babysitting, childcare, or camp counselor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
• Handle after-school routines including pickup, meals, and bedtime preparation
• Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities that support growth and development
• Assist with homework and extracurricular activities as needed
• Maintain tidiness of children’s rooms, play areas, bathrooms, and belongings
• Manage children’s laundry, clothing, and supplies; assist with wardrobe care
• Prepare daily child-friendly meals and snacks
• Support household operations when children are occupied (e.g., light tidying, dishes, errands, organizing)
• Travel with the family domestically or internationally when needed
