LocumJobsNetwork is working with Curative to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, 27870!

Pay Information

$185 to $200 per hour

About The Position

OBGYN Physician, North Carolina - Locums with 7-On 7-Off Option

OBGYN locums opportunity in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina near Raleigh; mix of call and clinic with delivery volume.

Highlights

  • 7-on / 7-off model preferred, but flexible with weekends or part-time
  • Option to transition to perm or work short-term only
  • Clinic and call combo with hospital support nearby

Practice Setting

  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient coverage
  • Clinic across from ECU-affiliated hospital
  • Team includes 3 MDs, 4 locums, and full clinical staff
  • EclinicalWorks charting system

    • Schedule

  • Clinic hours : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • OB-heavy on Mondays; OB / GYN mix rest of week
  • Night and weekend call rotation
  • Post-call relief available when needed

    • Cases and Procedures

  • 400 annual deliveries
  • 15 patients per clinic day
  • Deliveries, C-sections, birth control procedures, VBACs
  • No abortion services performed

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active North Carolina license required
  • BLS, DEA, and NPDB self-query required
  • Must have at least 25 deliveries and 5 C-sections in the last 12 months

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Flights, rental car, lodging, and mileage fully covered
  • On-site condos or preferred local hotel used first
