What You’ll Do :

✅ Implement therapy plans designed by a Physical Therapist.

✅ Assist patients with exercises, mobility, and functional activities.

✅ Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs.

✅ Document therapy sessions accurately in EMR (Wellsky / Kinnser).

✅ Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered outcomes.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Active Texas PTA License.

✅ Current CPR Certification.

✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

✅ Previous home health experience is a plus.

✅ Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable.
