You Are :

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and a knack for managing complex production environments. With over 8 years of experience in a similar role, you bring a wealth of knowledge in operations management, particularly within the high-tech industry. Your expertise in planning for production capacity, managing readiness to produce, and overseeing consigned materials at contract manufacturing (CM) facilities sets you apart.

You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and excel at cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to navigate ever-changing priorities, resolve issues promptly, and implement tactical solutions is a testament to your problem-solving skills. You possess a strategic mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

Your proficiency with modern ERP systems, particularly SAP, and your adeptness with various Microsoft Office Suite applications enable you to manage tasks efficiently. What You'll Be Doing :

• Developing the methodology for supporting and managing contract manufacturing (CM) partners.
• Planning for production capacity to support business build forecasts.
• Managing readiness to produce products according to schedule / forecast by overseeing Clear to Build (CTB) processes.
• Managing consigned Synopsys material at CM factories.
• Facilitating communication and coordination with CM partners, including overseeing shipping and receiving of finished goods.
• Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure CM performance.
• Providing project management support to NPI managers and ensuring all project records reflect performance scope and goals.
