PURPOSE
To provide exceptional in room dining to hotel guests by delivering food, beverages, and amenities with the highest standards of service. This role focuses on ensuring prompt and professional order taking, accurate billing, and timely delivery, all while maintaining clear communication with guests and Team Members to foster an outstanding guest experience and uphold the hotel’s reputation for an exceptional experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Taking : Accurately take in room dining orders from guests, ensuring that all details, including special requests and dietary restrictions, are noted correctly.Menu Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the in room dining menu, daily specials, and hotel offerings to provide guests with accurate information and help them make informed selections.Order Entry : Input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring the details are accurate and complete, and communicate special requests to the kitchen or appropriate departments.Guest Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive and friendly tone during all interactions.Order Confirmation : Confirm all details of the order with the guest, including delivery times and special instructions, to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.Coordinate with Kitchen : Communicate orders to the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and delivery. Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure smooth delivery logistics.Billing & Payment : Process in room dining orders, handle billing accurately, and verify payment methods, including room charge transactions.Maintain Order Accuracy : Double-check all orders for accuracy and completeness before sending them to the kitchen and ensuring correct delivery.Cleanliness & Organization : Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the order-taking station, to ensure efficiency and a pleasant environment for both guests and Team Members.Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the in-room dining department and elevate guest satisfaction.Requirements :

Previous Guest Service experience.Skills and Abilities :

Education and Experience :
Knowledge of Agilysys or equivalent POS System.One (1) year of experience working in Food & Beverage.Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member / Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
