Overview

The Reliability Network Engineer is responsible for supporting the reliability, performance, and scalability of our service provider network. This role focuses on day-to-day implementation tasks, network turn-ups, and assisting with escalations. You will work closely with the NOC, Infrastructure, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver reliable and high-performing network services.

Responsibilities :

• Network Turn-Up & Deployment :

Provision and turn up new fiber access sites and customer services.

Implement approved network changes with a focus on minimizing risk and downtime.

Respond to NOC escalations and assist in troubleshooting Layer 2 / Layer 3 network issues.

Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Partner with Sales Engineering and Project Management to deliver enterprise / E-Rate solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience with routing and switching (Juniper preferred).

Juniper JNCIA-Junos or JNCIS-SP certification (or equivalent experience).

Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
