Job descriptionHospital-employed physician model Full-time position preferred (part-time may be considered) Clinical and invasive cardiac electrophysiology Procedures required : Ablations, pacemakers, defibrillators Facility includes 2 catheterization labs Designated Chest Pain Center No surgical backup Call schedule : 1 : 3 24 / 7 nursing support available Current cardiology team : 2 General Cardiologists 6 Nurse Practitioners Part-time Electrophysiologist Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology / Electrophysiology Must have (or be eligible for) unrestricted Illinois medical license DEA certification required Base salary : $800,000 to $999,000 Additional production-based bonus potential Full benefits package includes : Short- and long-term disability Professional liability with tail coverage Relocation assistance CME allowance Paid time off (vacation, sick, CME, personal days) Retirement plans : 403(b) with employer contribution and 457(b) deferred comp Family-friendly, laid-back lifestyle Affordable cost of living Public and private school options Outdoor recreation : boating, hunting, fishing Close proximity to the Mississippi River and major metropolitan areas Local amenities include the Woodlawn Arts Academy and state-of-the-art wellness and sports facilities Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
