Opportunity :

Virtual Service Operations is searching for highly motivated and career-driven individuals to join our growing team as IT Helpdesk Security Analyst in Richardson, TX. In this role you will work as part of a team to administrate the security aspects of an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities of the IT Help Desk Security Analyst :

Initial point of contact for users via telephone, email, face-2-face to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and / or applications

Assist with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into the user's computer

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a VPN

Develop and sustain an effective and productive user relationship, making them and their needs a primary focus

Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of going the extra mile to resolve issues

Escalate complex problems to the L2 / L3 staff

Qualifications :

Familiarity with PKI certificates and RSA authentication support

Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords

Previous computer technical support preferred

Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP / IP addresses, VPN software, supporting remote users

Proficient with troubleshooting all Windows Operating system

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Outstanding customer skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer's issues

Current CompTIA A+ CE, Network+ CE or Security+ CE certifications a plus

Requirements

Must be within driving distance of Richardson, TX and willing to work onsite 2 days a week

This position requires assigned team members to comply with drug testing, at time of hire or at regular or random intervals. Salary Description
