We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCMSolution Architect to join our Production Support team.

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible forproviding technical expertise and leadership of Oracle Cloud solutions focusingon Absence Management and Benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM / experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale environment.

This role will also assist in guiding the functional leads and business processowners through the configuration and testing of the quarterly releasesincluding Redwood updates. Post quarterly updates this position will providesupport, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overallsmooth transition. This role will also provide internal customers with the bestpossible solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion HCM, roll out new functionality,identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems, and provideuser support. Perform other duties as assigned.

Review and evaluate quarterly updates and prepare and execute requiredtesting within the specified timeline.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements anddesign solutions that meet their needs.

Design, implement, and maintain HCM configuration for our stakeholders usingOracle Cloud HCM.

Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements.

Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, andimplementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.

Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of OracleFusion HCM with other systems.

Provide support and guidance to development teams during the development,testing, and implementation phases.

Presents to leadership and stakeholders\' various analyses for featureenablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
