We're seeking an experienced, motivated Lead Service Electrician to join our Charlotte team. If you're a self-starter who takes pride in craftsmanship, mentorship, and making customers feel confident in their choices, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential electrical service and troubleshooting with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues, safety concerns, and service options
• Complete a wide range of service work — panel upgrades, outlet installs, lighting, EV chargers, generator wiring, etc.
• Train and support junior electricians and helpers in the field
• Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate project status with dispatch
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards and local codes
• Represent NuBlue's values on every job — integrity, reliability, and pride in your work
