Senior Manager, Finance
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, Finance to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail branch network. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the transformation of our distribution model and ensure that our retail presence delivers maximum value to the business, our customers, and our shareholders. The Senior Manager will act as a key thought partner to both the Director of Finance and the Head of Retail Network Transformation, helping to evaluate opportunities, quantify incremental value, and develop strong business cases that guide investment and strategic decisions. The role will also require measuring and back testing past performance to help influence our future strategy and investment allocation. This role requires strong financial acumen, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment with significant exposure to senior leadership.
