Full Stack Software Engineer
We're looking for a full stack developer to join our team advancing the future of quantum information technologies. At HRL, our scientists and engineers rely on a suite of internal tools to analyze quantum device data and support key workflows across our fabrication and research efforts. These applications are essential for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving scientific insight. As a full stack developer, you'll play a central role in building and maintaining these tools, developing intuitive interfaces, managing complex data interactions, and helping researchers focus on what they do best.
Design and build web-based applications, dashboards, and interactive components to visualize and manipulate scientific data.
Contribute to a growing ecosystem of internal tools that support quantum device research and fabrication workflows.
Develop and extend backend databases to accommodate new data types and evolving research needs.

Compensation :
The base salary range for this full-time position is $145,745 - $186,688 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
