As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles within a designated list of Fortune 500 accounts. This role is not simply about closing deals but about orchestrating resources, building consensus, and developing deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders. You will be expected to thrive in a high-autonomy environment, leveraging your business acumen to uncover critical needs and position Haus as a mission-critical partner.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Strategic Account Ownership : Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion for a select list of Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
- Territory and Account Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans, identifying key decision-makers and aligning Haus's value proposition with their strategic business initiatives.
- Consultative Sales Leadership : Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders across marketing, data science, finance, and engineering.
- Drive Successful Adoption and Strategic Expansion : Work proactively with the Customer Success team to ensure deep product adoption and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-sell.
- Elevate Haus's Visibility : Increase Haus's visibility and communicate our value proposition effectively to Vice Presidents and C-Suite executives within these accounts.
- Collaboration with Solutions Engineers : Work closely with your solutions engineer counterpart to deliver both business and technical value to prospects and customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including product, data science, marketing, and engineering to align our offerings with customer business needs effectively.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, specifically selling SaaS or data analytics solutions to Fortune 500 companies.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations in an enterprise sales environment.Expertise in navigating consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive-level stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage complex deal negotiations and build strong relationships across large organizations.Demonstrated ability to cross-sell within your book of business. Familiarity with and experience using the MEDDPICC sales methodology is advantageous.Travel : Expected range of 25% to 50% to build relationships with clients and attend industry events.About You :
