Compensation : This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $27.93 / hour and $34.90 / hour.

Position Details : This position's primary responsibility is to manage shipping order prioritization to maintain an even flow within picking and packing throughout the daily operation to meet customer order shipping deadlines. The coordinator may provide direction to the team with respect to transactional decisions that are needed to meet operational requirements. In addition, the DC Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the DC's compliance with company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations that govern the transportation and handling of hazardous materials (hazmat), exported products and other regulatory compliance items.
