Pay Information

$1,843 per week

About The Position

RRT Shift : 3x12 Days 07 : 00-18 : 30 Weekend / Holiday Requirement : Every other weekend required; holiday coverage expected Local Rate within 60 Miles of facility Requirements : - 2 years of experience as an RRT in Adult Critical Care - 1 prior travel assignment completed - BLS - CRT - MD State licensure - ED experience preferred - ACLS preferred Special Equipment : Ventilators : Draeger V500 Servo U Job position Details : - Traveler will be doing the following : Airway Management Devices / Suctioning : Endotracheal tube / suctioning, Extubation, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal / suctioning, Pulmonary Hygiene, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy / suctioning, ABG interpretation - Skills Required for success : Airway Management Devices / Suctioning, Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled steroids, Isuprel, Lidocaine, Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Terbutaline Sulfate, Tobramycin, Xopenex, Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Medihaler, Metered dose inhaler, Nebulizer, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Trach collar, BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Assist in high risk delivery, Umbilical blood gases, Draeger V500, Draeger VN500, Servo U, Comfortable drawing and analyzing ABGs, Cerner (Skills Preferred : Bronchoscopy, Bicarbonate, Inhaled Flolan, Ketamine, Mucomyst, Nitric Oxide (INo), Theophylline) Facility Information : Short Term Acute Care Facility; Teaching Hospital; Member of the COTH Total Staffed Beds : 338 Charting : Cerner Scrubs : not provided; scrub color : ceil blue
