Job description3+ years' estimating experience in commercial or industrial painting Familiarity with industry-standard estimating tools (OST / Quickbid, The Edge, PlanSwift, etc.) Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational skills
We are hiring a Commercial / Industrial Paint Estimator with proven experience in construction estimating . This position is fully remote and offers the chance to work on a wide range of projects, including office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and industrial sites.
Estimator Responsibilities :
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare detailed material, labor, and time estimates
- Request and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Work closely with project managers to develop competitive proposals
- Track bid results and maintain the estimate database
