Job descriptionProcurement and inventory control - Budget management - Vendor relationship management - Contract negotiation - Microsoft Office - Purchasing practices and MRP functions - Experience with developing and managing departmental budgets Microsoft SQL - Crystal reporting - Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) Minimum of five years of experience in purchasing or contracting required Bachelor's degree in related area required Must have experience with Microsoft Office Ability to develop written standard operating procedures (SOPs) Must have in depth experience with a purchasing practices and MRP functions Must have experience with developing and managing departmental budgets Microsoft SQL and Crystal reporting a plus Must have experience with WMS
Must-haves
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively across multi-functions within the organization and with external vendors - Knowledge of basic wage and hour laws, federal, state, and local laws, and regulations affecting employment
Required Skills
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills
Years of Experience : Minimum of five years of experience in purchasing or contracting.
Industry Experience : Experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred, with a focus on kidney care.
Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a related area.
