Wash Masters is seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Attendant to join our team. Sales Associates are the face of our business and play a key role in creating a positive guest experience. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to promote our services with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service at all times, including handling difficult or frustrated guests with professionalism.
2. Accurately operate and manage the register.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier and lobby area.
4. Assist with property upkeep and cleanliness as needed.
5. Learn and fully understand the Wash Masters wash menu and process to effectively upsell and recommend services to guests.

Dress Code:

• Wash Masters uniform shirt, jacket, and hat (provided).
• Black pants/shorts with black belt.
• Black athletic shoes (closed-toe only).
• Shirts must always be tucked in.
