Are you a passionate healthcare professional or nursing student eager to take your experience to the next level?

Whether you aspire to become a nurse, healthcare administrator, or anything in between, our Direct Care Training will provide you with the skills you need to jumpstart your healthcare career. This is a 5 day, in-person, paid training for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys.

What is Direct Care Training?

• Paid training for new team members from Monday, September 22nd – Friday, September 26th at 9am-5pm at The Kensington Falls Church.
• Certificated program led by Brenda Pollack, RN
• Open to newly hired Care Partners -PCA, HHA, CNA not required
