Scope of Work :

Maintain all data entry with major emphasis on invoicing of customer orders and branch transfers and / or accurate accounts payable vouchering of inventory receipts as specified. Maintain accurate file system.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Invoicing customer orders and branch transfers and / or vouchering inventory parts receipts for accurate payment of vendor invoices
• Utilize 3 way matching to ensure data accuracy
• Other data entry as specified
• Create and maintain accurate customer and branch transfer files
• Perform other duties as assigned
