Job Title : Weld Inspector
Job Description
The Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and specifications of welded products in a fabrication environment. The inspector utilizes magnification and stress equipment to verify that products meet the necessary standards. Primary responsibilities include the visual inspection of poles and heavy structural steel assemblies, ensuring compliance with AWS and AISC specifications, and verifying the correct setup and operation of weld machines.

Work Environment
This role operates within a heavy industrial manufacturing facility, including a manufacturing floor / shop and general office environment. Occasional travel by automobile may be required, and the work is subject to seasonal weather conditions and exposure to shop hazards. The position does not offer relocation benefits. The pay range for this position is $65520.00 - $69680.00 / yr.
Company does not lay off employees. Stable work environment. Guaranteed to get 50 hours per week.
