Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success to lead and expand their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Customer Success team, providing mentorship and professional development

Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth

Analyze customer data to identify trends and implement solutions for improvement

Required Qualifications and Education

10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record in driving customer success within a SaaS or technology company

Strong leadership and people management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

Proficiency in customer success platforms and CRM tools
