Key Responsibilities
Onboard new vendors and manage ongoing vendor maintenance
Perform reconciliations and assist with external financial audits
Support special projects and analyses as directed by management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong experience in accounting operations, particularly in vendor management and accounts payable
Proficient in accounting software such as NetSuite; familiarity with Google Drive and JIRA is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
