The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire Advisors who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. As an Advisor for Foster Klima, there are no Sales Territories. Our Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA.

Compensation : Great Potential, High Earning potential with 4-year enhanced commissions to help start your business, Draw, Training Allowance, and Bonuses. The 2024 Financial Professionals top 100 average income, with draw, incentives, commissions, and renewals, exceeds a seven-figure income
Compensation :
$80,000 – $105,000 First Year Average
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals
- Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs
- Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
- Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
- Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions

Build relationships with clients in your community and beyondLearn to assess financial needs and create customized plansReceive ongoing support and mentorship from experienced advisorsUse modern tools and technology to manage client accountsGrow your client base through networking and referralsQualifications :
Stellar communication and math skills complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships with existing and prospective customersWorking knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, personal financial advisor or responsibilities, or financial planner roles is essentialBasic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is neededThough not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63 / 66 license is considered a plusA required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similarly related fieldWhat We’re Looking For
