Security Officer in the Store

Emish Market , located in Fife, WA, is a Ukrainian grocery store offering a wide selection of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. We also feature a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, serving freshly made Ukrainian dishes, sweet pastries, and specialty meats, providing a unique shopping experience for our customers.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, preventing theft, and minimizing losses. Work Hours : 40 hours weekly, 1 : 30 pm to 12 : 30 am Thursday through Saturday

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities :

• Conduct surveillance to detect and apprehend individuals committing theft or fraud.
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify suspicious behavior.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and investigations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to reduce inventory shrinkage.
• Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively.
