Float Pool Registered Nurse - ED, Med / Surg, ICU (Night Shift)

You will rotate through many departments, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU, enriching your nursing skills with every shift.

In this position, you will provide comprehensive patient care guided by the nursing process to ensure safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and procedures. You'll work collaboratively to create a safe patient environment and enhance patient experiences across the continuum of care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and adjusting care as necessary based on patient condition changes.
