Job descriptionAssist customers with hardware and software troubleshooting to resolve their tech issues. Keep customers updated on their service requests and provide timely support. Work with supervisors and different departments to resolve technical issues quickly. Advocate for customers to ensure high satisfaction and a seamless experience . Recommend the best hardware solutions to fit customers gaming and performance needs. Strong communication and active listening skills. Solid understanding of PC operating systems and common software applications. Hands-on experience with PC hardware and troubleshooting. Ability to match technical resources to customer issues effectively. Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. Competitive Pay Based on experience and qualifications.
