    • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • The Dental Assistant provides valuable assistance to Dentists and plays a key role in providing an extraordinary patient experience.
  • Patient Education - Educate Patients effectively and promote dental services by building rapport with patients and answering their questions.
  • Dental Assisting - Perform daily dental assisting activities including preparing operatories, taking digital dental x-rays, intraoral images, impressions, bite registrations, etc.
  • Charting - Assist Dentists in charting and comprehensive treatment planning.
  • Schedule - Make at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients to build healthy Patient Schedule
  • Dental Supplies - Order and maintain inventory of Dental Supplies and Instruments
  • Lab Cases - Send, receive and track Lab cases
  • Team - Work closely with Front Office and other Dental Assistants to support smooth operations of the dental office.
