Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, process development, or new product introduction (NPI). Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly. Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers in a high-mix, low- to mid-volume production environment. Master's degree in a related engineering or technical discipline. Experience launching hardware products in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics).

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Lead project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Process Development : Create and document efficient manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling.
- Quality Control : Develop test plans, monitor results, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Documentation : Manage product files, BOMs, and other essential documentation for production readiness.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the development cycle.
