The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience **We will consider Remote candidates (located and licensed in CA) who have proven success working remotely** Responsibilities: Provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate on behalf of clients Draft legal documents, take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials Work closely with senior attorneys while being given appropriate autonomy in case handling Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active member of the State Bar of California, and in good standing 0-3 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury is a plus) Strong research skills and proficiency in negotiation Strong communication skills, verbal and written Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Interested in hearing more?
