Job descriptionPay : $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Paid time off Compensation package : Commission pays Develop new business in the market and strengthen existing customer relationships and have ability to successfully close business transactions and achieve sales goals. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors Sales experience is not necessary, working experience preferably 3-5 years Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Experience in account management or business development is desirable Work authorization (Required) Job Type : Full-time Work Location : In person
