Job Description

Adams & Martin group is partnering with a well-established firm seeking an exceptional Legal Assistant to support our Estate Planning Practice Group. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, responsible, highly organized, and brings strong experience in estate planning and trust administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in estate planning and post-death trust administration, along with proven probate court filing experience. A current Notary Public commission is required, and legal secretary certification from a recognized organization is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess excellent research, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality. Proficiency in word processing, ProLaw, Judicial Council Forms, Outlook for email and calendaring, and advanced document formatting is essential for success in this role.
