Job Summary :

The Customer Service Representative assists customers by providing product information resolving issues and delivering excellent service. Ideal for someone patient friendly and customer-focused.

Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat

Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues

Process orders returns or account updates

Maintain records of customer interactions

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed

Meet service quality and response-time standards

Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

Qualifications :

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency

Customer service experience is a plus but not required
