About the Role

As a Technical Alignment Manager , you'll be the trusted advisor who ensures each client's IT environment aligns with best practices, security standards, and strategic goals.

You'll collaborate with vCIOs, Account Managers, Service Desk teams, and Project Engineers to perform alignment reviews, identify risks, and create IT roadmaps that keep clients running smoothly and securely. What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular technical alignment reviews across multiple client environments.
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within client infrastructures.
  • Collaborate with vCIOs and project teams to develop and refine IT roadmaps.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations in clear, business-focused language.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system standards for every client.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide proactive communication.
  • Partner with Managed Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Visit client sites as needed to deliver high-touch, hands-on support.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of IT experience, ideally in an MSP environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bonus points for : 2+ years of Help Desk experience and CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications.

  • Role reports directly out of a Duluth-area office, and is on-site often at client locations locally if not sitting in the Duluth office. Employees generally work 1-2 days a week in the office.
