Job descriptionPracticing and New Fellows Large referral base with Kettering Health's 8 hospitals and 120 outpatient facilities which includes over 70 primary care offices. Immediate access need Physician time is weighted towards the OR. APPs help with inpatient rounding and ambulatory clinic. APPs do most of the follow-ups. Pay Structure : Base and productivity, sign-on, and moving expense reimbursement, if applicable. PTO 403b non-profit - Qualifier for PSLF Relocation assistance, if applicable Employer paid malpractice insurance Retirement with matching Generous CME allowance with funding (10 days if double boarded) Benefits package Practicing physicians, new graduates and fellows are welcome to apply.
