Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules , with a proven record of leading complex, full-cycle implementations in both technical and functional roles. This role requires a strong balance of business process knowledge, technical expertise (data, reporting, integrations), and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, cloud-first ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations (solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support).
- Analyze and document complex project financial processes ; translate into scalable, system-driven Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle PPM modules : Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Enterprise Contracts, Grants Management, and related financial subledgers.
- Manage data migration and reconciliation using FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, and Oracle SQL; ensure integrity between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems.
- Develop, run, and troubleshoot data validation scripts and exception reports ; proactively resolve data quality issues.
- Build and support dashboards, KPIs, and reports using OTBI, BIP, FRS, and Smart View.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and support integrations (REST APIs, SOAP services, Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates (impact analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder communication).
- Provide SME expertise and end-user training on Oracle PPM functional and data capabilities.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline project reporting, budgeting, and cost control functions.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Grants, Enterprise Contracts, etc.).Leadership in at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations (including global rollouts).Strong SQL / PL / SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation.Proven experience with data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation and post-load validation.Familiarity with Oracle ERP table structures, APIs, FBDI / ADFDI templates, and custom reporting datasets .Proficiency in OTBI, FRS, Smart View, ODI (or similar ETL tools) .Strong experience with SIT, UAT, regression, and post-patch validation testing .Ability to troubleshoot across both technical (data, integration, reporting) and functional (process, configuration) layers.Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist - Oracle Cloud PPM or Financials.Exposure to other Oracle Fusion modules (AP, AR, GL, Procurement).Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.Familiarity with Jira, Git, or Bitbucket .Prior public sector or transit industry experience is a plus.Required Skills :
