Summary :

The purpose of this position is to support Toll Collection and Intelligent Transportation. This is accomplished by configuring, deploying / installing equipment, monitoring and maintaining systems, troubleshooting systems issues, testing equipment and applications, and working with vendors. Other duties include building equipment chassis, mounting tolling and CCTV equipment on roadway structures, installing / pulling wire and cable, configuring DMS signs, installation and configuration of RWIS sensors, documenting maintenance issues and various other devices. This position requires technicians to be on a rotating on call schedule and be able to obtain a Class B CDL license if requested. This position will also require flexibility with schedule for night and weekend work due to installations of new projects and emergency type issues needing immediate attention.
