Key Responsibilities
Responds accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels
Processes adjustments and performs research to resolve customer inquiries and coordinates with other departments as necessary
Maintains records of customer feedback and complaints, providing recommendations for improvements to management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software preferred
Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively
