    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training & HR Coordinator to support our employee development initiatives and assist with essential HR functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about learning and development, with a strong grasp of HR fundamentals and a knack for organization.

    Schedule :

    Shift 1 : Day Shift (8 hours) - Monday to Friday : 5 : 45AM to 2 : 45 PM

    Shift 2 : Evening Shift (8 hours) - Monday to Friday : 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 30 PM

    Pay Range : DOE

    Essential Duties

    • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs
    • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback surveys
    • Assist in onboarding new hires with orientation sessions and training materials
    • Track employee training compliance and certifications
    • Support the development of e-learning content and training documentation
    • Assist with Employee Relation issues.
    • Assist with recruitment logistics (posting jobs, scheduling interviews)
    • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in policy communication
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
    • Support team to reach common goals, listen and respond to the concerns of other employees.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
    • Education and Qualifications :

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2 years of Human Resources administrative office experience (Preferred).
    • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Sets a positive and professional tone for the office.
    • Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)
