Maintenance Manager

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in New Hampshire. The company offers an excellent compensation package, including an annual bonus and relocation assistance if needed.

Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery

Participate in lean / continuous improvement projects

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 30+ FTE in a fast-paced manufacturing facility

Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant location

Apply experience and skills when troubleshooting PLCs, automation, and controls

Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems

Manage spare part Inventory processes

Qualifications &

3+ years of Maintenance Management experience, preferably in a high-volume consumer products manufacturing environment

Solid PLC troubleshooting experience

Strong Project management experience

Excellent strategic and growth mindset!

Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Considerable experience managing or maintaining ammonia refrigeration systems.
