We’re looking for an Experienced Sous Chef who’s passionate about Italian cooking and ready to bring creativity and leadership to our kitchen team. What You’ll Do : Work side-by-side with the Head Chef to prepare and cook classic Italian dishes. Help plan and develop menus featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure every plate meets our quality standards. Train, support, and motivate kitchen staff to work efficiently and safely. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory, track food costs, and help minimize waste. Jump in wherever needed — we’re a team that works together to get the job done. What We’re Looking For : 3+ years of kitchen experience, with a solid background in Italian cuisine. Great understanding of pasta, sauces, and traditional Italian cooking techniques. A hands-on leader who’s reliable, organized, and easy to work with. Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen with a positive attitude. Food safety certification is a plus.
