Now Hiring : Packers – Kings Mountain, NC

Shifts Available :

1st Shift (Option 1) : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM- Must be open to work overtime on Saturdays

1st Shift (Option 2) : Monday – Thursday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM Must be open for overtime on Fridays

2nd Shift : Monday – Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM- Must be open to work overtime on Saturdays

3rd Shift : Monday – Friday, 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM- Must be open to work overtime on Saturdays

Pay : Competitive starting pay

1st 15.00, 2nd $15.75 3rd $16.00

Job Overview :

We are seeking reliable and motivated Packers to join our growing team in Kings Mountain, NC. Packers are responsible for ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect, sort, and package finished products according to specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements :

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Must be dependable with good attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is a plus (but not required)
