Job Title : Electrophysiology Tech Profession : Radiology / Cardiology Specialty : Electrophysiology Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift : 10 hours Experience : 1 year of EP Lab clinical experience required License : Valid state license required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES / RCIS Must-Have : - EKG settings and experience required : inpatient, outpatient, obtaining vitals, sinus node rhythms - Experience with Philips X-Ray machine / Siemens X-ray machine, GE Micropacer - Required skills : Cerner, electrophysiology lab, hemodynamic monitoring, ablations Description : We are seeking an Electrophysiology Tech with experience in clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the application of electrophysiology techniques. Experience in cardiac electrophysiology studies and device implants is essential. Candidates should be familiar with various equipment, including mapping systems like BioSense and Abbott / ESI. Knowledge of advanced procedures such as cardioversion and device explants / lead extractions is required. The role involves managing and monitoring patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Candidates will work in a dynamic team environment, providing optimal patient care during procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams are necessary. The work setting may include trauma cases and surgical interventions. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn new technologies as they arise.
